Sahiplerinin 2016-2018'den beri Bitcoin ile uzun vadeli bir ilişkisi var
The Holders who bought Bitcoin in 2017 did not participate in the massive sales at the peak of ATH. They have a long-term "Romance" with Bitcoin. This is stated in the study Unchained Capital
Analysts of this company have drawn a chart, which indicates the behavior of Holders depending on the year in which they entered the cryptocurrency market. It turned out that those who bought coins in 2017-2018, hold fast to their investments.
Of course, the percentage of funds moving from 2016 to 2018, when the price of Bitcoin fell to $3,600 increased. That figure rose from 5.57% to 13.38%, but not more. That is, the Holders who have survived the long-term bear market, are confident in Bitcoin and do not hurry to sell it on a bullish spurt.
But people who bought Bitcoin in the 5-7 year period, lost some of their assets for 2020-2021. This trend intensified at the end of January.
For example, at the beginning of this year, the rate of stable inactivity in the BTC network was 59%. This means that more than half of the Bitcoins did not move.
However, by the end of January, the figure had fallen by 2%. About 372,320 BTC have been relocated. Basically, these are amounts from wallets with a history of less than three years.
The Unchained Capital chart shows that the reasoning that many Holders sold their assets at peaks to make a profit is not true.
Small sales did happen, but the Bitcoins sold were quickly sold by buyers, and the offer was instantly repaid.
