Anatoly Vyborny, the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, said criminals and terrorists are active users of digital currencies. He believes that they are constantly searching for additional funding and are very actively using cryptocurrencies.
“That is why there are restrictions on the use of cryptocurrencies in Afghanistan, but in many countries, such currencies are neither legal nor prohibited,” Vyborny said.
