SEC: InVenture Partners Fund Acquired Coins GRAM for $50 Million
The InVenture Partners fund is one of the first TON investors. According to SEC, the company acquired GRAM tokens for a total of just over 50 million US dollars. InVenture Partners participated in the second round of financing and applied for the purchase of GRAM in the amount of $91 million, but this figure was reduced to $50.29 million. As a communication channel, the contract specified email [email protected], which was created on the domain of the above fund. Note that the creators of the InVenture Partners fund are Anton Inshutin, the former employee of Morgan Stanley, investment banker and Sergey Azatyan, former managing director of the Marshall Capital fund.
