Rakuten Inc. Plans To Launch Its Own Wallet On March 30
Crypto wallet is not anything new in our digital world, thought lots of companies presume launching them as such a platform is quite useful. One of the biggest Japanese companies, Rakuten Inc. following other companies like LINE, KakaoTalk, plans to launch its own wallet, and the release is about to happen. The announcement came after Rakuten had completed their fillings as a virtual currency exchange company (VCEX.) It says:
“Rakuten Wallet will contribute to the sound growth of the market as a virtual currency exchange company and will further enhance security and provide enhanced services so that more customers can use it safely and with confidence.”
According to the abovementioned statement, Rakuten plans to file another exchange VCEX in September 2019. Rakuten is a big Japanese company which provides different services to domestic customers, as well as foreign ones. The users can gain cashback on their online purchases. However, some of its loyalty programs were criticized by many sellers. To boost their development on the market, it is natural to create new interesting things like Rakuten Wallet. We all know the less choices the buyer has, the more they benefit. Undoubtedly, the license of VCEX can provide more options up to cutting off middlemen like PayPal, though the company probably will not do it. It is still not clear which currency Rakuten will use, but CCN journalists suggest it using the most influential cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin, Ethereum and EOS. No matter what coin Rakuten chooses, it will affect their product offerings. Subscribe to The Coin Shark news in Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/coinshark/
