Cryptocurrency Prices for the 13th of June: BTC and ETH Are Quickly Falling in Price
According to the trading portal Coinmarketcap.com, Bitcoin (BTC) added about 4.7% over the past 24 hours. The price at the time of writing is $6551.
Almost all of the cryptocurrencies in the rating are in the red zone with a significant decrease. For example: Ripple lost 8.4%, Bitcoin Cash fell by 9.5%. EOS decreased by 11.7%. One of the largest fall indexes belongs to Ethereum Classic - it lost 15%.
Ethereum lost 10.2% over the past 24 hours. Its price fell below the price point of $500. Trading is conducted at $481 per coin.
The total market capitalization significantly decreased, having lost almost $20 billion, and currently is $278 billion. Bitcoin accounts for 40% of the total amount. It is $111 billion in monetary terms.
