dForce Attacker Returns Stolen $25 Million Back

The financial fraudster, who recently stolen about $25 million from the dForce ecosystem, returned all the stolen funds back. He did this after his IP address was transferred to the Singapore police.

Initially, the hacker sent about $2.79 million and thus probably wanted to make up with dForce, but once he realized the police had everything to find him, he returned all the stolen coins.

The fact is that in the process of funds withdrawing, the hacker mistakenly provided the exchange with his real data. The attacker wanted to launder funds through the 1inch.exchange decentralized exchange, but forgot to use the anonymizer. Whether he will be arrested and punished remains to be seen.
