Indyjski WazirX uruchamia platformę handlową NFT
India's exchange WazirX launched its own trading NFT-platform after the explosive growth of the exchange token WRX by 2000% from $0.27 to $5.66.
According to exchange representatives, the number of visitors to the site grew no less rapidly than the WRX rate. Over the past six months it has increased by 631%.
The founder of the exchange, Nishal Shetty, said that they are happy to be pioneers in the NFT theme in India.
Almost always, the creators of NFT tokens have to pay a certain commission for their generation because of the computing power of the blockchain used to process and verify transactions.
But the creation and listing of NFT on WazirX will be free. It seems that the exchange intends to remove the payment for gas while generating non-fungible tokens on different blockchains. Due to this, according to Shetty, they will make the site even more profitable and attractive in the eyes of customers.
Given recent reports of a potential ban of cryptocurrencies in India, it is especially interesting to watch how the largest crypto-exchange launches the next project.
And it is even more interesting to look at what will be the fate of digital currencies in India in the next six months, if the negative outlook proves to be true.
