The new owner of the work was Idoneus. The director of the Swiss company, which bought the painting, said that this move is aimed at increasing the value of the premium market. Jarett Preston claims that this transaction was the first in history when the paintings of this artist were sold for cryptocurrency.

The purchase price remained a secret

The transaction price is currently unknown. To pay for the painting, the company’s own IDON token was used. According to the director of Idoneus, this is not the first time that their token was used to pay for luxury goods. Note that IDON is not a popular coin and is not listed in the CoinMarketCap listing, and is available for trading only on the P2PB2B exchange.
