Lenovo is going to Implement Blockchain Technology to Verify the Authenticity of Documents

The company introduced a solution that involves the use of digital signatures firstly embedded in documents in 2016.

The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) published the application of the world’s largest electronics manufacturer.

Authors of the decision emphasize that the blocks of digital signatures will be in a distributed database with a constantly growing set of data protected from hacking and editing.

“Using the security blockchain, anyone can validate that they have the current authentic physical document, even if multiple paper copies exist and multiple people have made entries in the chain of modification,” said Lenovo.
