Leading PoS Validators Will Launch Telegram Open Network If Durov Doesn't
Key PoS validators are going to launch TON on their own in the near future if Pavel Durov does not do it himself.
Initially, the project was supposed to be launched on October 31, 2019, but the SEC ruined the company's plans and sued Telegram.inc. Thus, the project management decided to postpone the launch until April 30, 2020. But the cryptocurrency community does not believe Durov will violate the restraining order and launch the project as long as legal delays with the SEC are not resolved.
In this regard, the leading validators, which already ensure the operability of such networks as Cosmos, Tezos, and Polkadot, have signed the declaration. Since there are no American companies among them, SEC jurisdiction does not apply to them.
