Japanese Crypto Exchange Backed By Yahoo Opens Trading

About a year ago Yahoo Japan, an internet company connected to the U.S. media giant Yahoo, announced launching its own exchange. A whole year has passed and now the company is ready to present its crypto exchange Taotao.

Taotao had been initially called Bitarg until Yahoo Japan acquired and renamed it last year. The exchange is fully licensed by the FSA being a Japanese virtual currency exchange business association type 1 member.

The president of Taotao, Shinichiro Arakawa, claimed that to commemorate the launch of the exchange, traders will have zero fees for 30 days. The exchange provides BTC and ETH trading, users can trade them in a mobile application that is available on Android and iOS.

As for LTC, XRP, and BCH, the trading platform allows margin trading, the fees will also be waived for the first month.
