Yitanzi company, majoring in realty selling, reported that it starts accepting payments in Bitcoin.
Yokozawa Yuske, Yitanzi technology officer, explained the decision, saying that lately many cryptocurrency holders have been willing to invest in real estate. Besides,he mentioned that there are many real estate agents in Japan who are ready to accept payments in cryptocurrency.
According to BTCManager, for now only one object is put up for sale – a small building which costs 547 BTC (approximately $6,4 million at a current exchange rate).
As Yitanzi reports, the building will be sold for Bitcoin in a few weeks.The company is considering accepting Ethereum in the future.
