A fake account of Ethereum’s founder Vitalik Buterin with an impressive amount of subscribers (almost 82k) published information on a huge Ethereum giveaway. The scammer was posting comments with this under posts of famous people, one of them being John McAfee

Even though, it is quite clear that this whole thing is a scam, we still warn all the cryptocurrency holders and ask them to be careful. Vitalik’s real Twitter account has a verification check mark. Also, ironically enough, the name of the real account is “Vitalik Non-giver of Ether”.
