Fans Against Game of Thrones: Petition to Remake Season 8 Gained 1,1 Million Signatures
To say that the last season of the Game of Thrones series was somewhat unsuccessful is to say nothing. Disappointed fans of the TV show created a petition on Change.org asking producers to remake the eighth season of the series "with competent writers." At the time of this writing, the number of signatures exceeds 1.1 million and judging by the activity of the participants, today or tomorrow the goal of one and a half million will be achieved. [caption id="attachment_39229" align="alignnone" width="503"] Source: change.org[/caption] The petition started after the fourth episode of the series The Last of the Starks. In a more detailed explanation of the petition, published on Friday, its author, Dylan, claims that in such a way he wants to inform the HBO management about mass disappointment. But the fans shouldn’t expect that HBO will spend more money to remake the season. And, of course, not everyone was so disappointed with the premiere.
But, the fact that the petition has collected more than a million signatures, in less than a week, testifies to the solidarity of fantasy fans. I've loved this last season of GoT, including Dani going bugshit all over King's Landing. There's been a lot of negativity about the windup, but I think it's just because people don't want ANY ending. But you know what they say: All good things...— Stephen King (@StephenKing) 16 мая 2019 г.
