Binance Adds Apple, MicroStrategy And Microsoft Stock
As it became known Binance plans to increase the amount of shares in the token format to five, adding several American tech giants to the list at once.
The marketplace is going to list stocks of MicroStrategy company, “Redmond company” Microsoft and of course one of the main giants of the market Apple, with tickers MSTR, MSFT and AAPL. By using them, clients of cryptoexchange can sell and purchase stocks of the largest America tech giants with a minimal trade volume, equal to 1/100 token.
According to representatives of the Binance, an opportunity to trade MSTR stocks would appear today at 13:30 UTC. AAPL securities will appear on April 28. MSFT securities in the form of tokens would be acceptable from April 30th. According to the Binance representatives, all stocks tokens are backed by shares led by finance firm CM-Equity.
Clients can purchase MSTR, MSFT AAPL and MSFT exclusively for the exchange-traded token BUSD. As restrictions, the company named all countries that are “prohibited” by CM-Equity itself. These include the USA, some China territories, Turkey, and several other countries.
Cryptoexchange has previously provided customers with the option to buy TSLA and COIN stocks. Apparently, the platform intends to compete in the issue of exchange tokens with the FTX, which made selling and buying securities acceptable last fall by adding Apple and Tesla shares.
