A new device from Xiaomi, the Mi Watch was introduced in Beijing in early November of this year. Their design is not much different from the Apple Watch.
The only noticeable difference is a flat strap without bends at the attachment point and a more rounded case. They are made of aluminum, Corning Gorilla 3 glass performs a protective function. They are equipped with a ceramic back panel to which the charger is connected.
Smartwatches possess smart functions – they allow measuring the pulse and oxygen content in the blood. The watch has a 1.78-inch AMOLED display with 326 PPI, 1 GB of RAM, 8-GB eMMC storage and SoC Snapdragon Wear 3100. They have a 4-core ARM Cortex A7 processor with a frequency of up to 1.2 GHz, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, Wi-Fi, and GPS.
Mi Watch supports cellular technology, however, you can connect only to those operators that support built-in SIM-cards. The battery of this device has a capacity of 570 mA/h, two times more than the Apple Watch. The device can work 36 hours on a single charge.
Mi Watch will go on sale in China at a price of 185 dollars in November of this year. A better version will begin to be sold in December 2019 and, allegedly, will cost $285. It will have a sapphire crystal and polished stainless steel strap.
