The new Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin believes that the development of the digital economy is one of the main tasks of the new government.
“No doubt, the state should be a digital platform created for people,” he said.
Important to note is that three years ago when Mishustin served as the head of the Federal Tax Service, he spoke positively about the cryptocurrency industry.
According to the new head of the Russian government, the cryptocurrency taxation process should be built by analogy with financial instruments.
Recall earlier we wrote that Dmitry Medvedev (the former Prime Minister of the Russian Federation) was interested in regulating digital currencies.
