Last year, Tesla came up with the Track Mode update for its “budget” Model 3 Performance sedan, which includes corrected traction and braking energy management programs. Since this improvement was software, it was delivered “over the air” in the form of new software. But the Electrek publication has found out, that along with such an update the manufacturer is going to offer a number of new details, combined in the Track Mode Package.
The package includes Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires with a dimension of 245/35 R20 instead of the Pilot Sport 4S 235/35 R20, a set of more productive and durable front brake pads, and carbon fiber hub caps. These elements show the company’s overall commitment to the continuous improvement of the model.
