The telegram company reported they are going to provide SEC employees with all the necessary information about the TON project within five to seven weeks.
The regulator’s request covers 770 legal entities and individuals from 12 countries of the world, a reliable source informs. Starting from September 2019, specialists were able to review information on only 76 of them, and they would need some more time to complete the work.
Recall, earlier SEC employees demanded that Telegram inc provide all financial information about the TON project. The regulator believes it is extremely important to find out how exactly the company spent 1.7 billion US dollars, raised in two rounds of pre-ICO. Even though the court rejected this request, it seems that SEC employees managed to get access to this information.
The launch of the TON blockchain and the GRAM cryptocurrency was supposed to take place on October 31, but due to litigation, the organizers postponed it supposedly to April 30, 2020.
