At for the beginning of October, only approved companies from the US and Japan can buy advertising on Google. All the others must apply to Google for a certificate, providing all information about their activities in the form of licenses, permits, etc. According to the representative of Google, the certificate for the advertising approval will be separate for each country. Applications can be submitted starting from the October of 2018.
