The financial regulator of the stock market Autorite des Marches Financiers added 15 sites of cryptocurrency companies to the black list. This is due to the fact that there are many organizations illegally offering to invest into such products as rare earth metals, wine and diamonds. After sending notices to the management of these companies, they continued to conduct illegal activities.
According to the message of AMF, the list of blocked sites is as follows:
It is noteworthy that most of the blocked companies are actually located in the UK.
For example, the startup Bit-Crypto, specializing in cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency investments, got into the black list, offering the services of buying and selling cryptocurrency to individuals and businesses. Another company AKJ Crypto, offering a wide range of financial services: from the storage of assets to the management of accounts, was also blocked.
AMF reminded all investors that they should not be fooled by marketing tricks and believe in advertising and promotion blindly. Instead, they should study the startup of interest in detail and invest money only if they fully trust it.
“Do not invest in something that you do not understand,” the agency summed up.
