Startup Kitty Hawk, which develops flying cars, has made a deal with aerospace giant Boeing.
It is worth noting that the terms of this strategic partnership are vague, but as far as we know, the companies will cooperate in the field of urban aviation. One of the most important tasks facing the specialists of the above companies is the development of algorithms for interaction between autonomous and manned flying cars.
“Working with a company like Kitty Hawk brings us closer to our goal of safely advancing the future of mobility,” said Steve Nordlund, vice president and general manager of Boeing NeXt, an organization within the company focused on next-generation transport.
Last year, Kitty Hawk tested its brainchild “Cora” – a plane with vertical takeoff and landing, in other words, this development can off like a helicopter and fly like a plane.
