The rather famous young German cryptocurrency bank Bitwala added support for Ethereum, as it became known from the official Twitter.
Now all users of the bank who have installed the mobile application can store, manage and trade not only Bitcoin but also Ethereum. Bitwala specialists integrated an ERC-20 wallet, so users can store all such tokens in it. Though the interface of the crypto-bank application has no function for managing other assets, except for BTC and ETH.
Representatives of the company believe that the integration of Ethereum will help them interact with Web 3.0. Bitwala specialists also noted the great role of Ethereum in the development of decentralized finance (DeFi).
Earlier we wrote that the test version of the Ethereum 2.0 network was launched in December 2019, and its audit will take place in February 2020.
