At InfoComm 2019 exhibition, Samsung introduced The Wall Luxury, the latest version of a modular micro-screen The Wall. The model will appear on the market in July of this year.
Micro LED widescreen modular display can be configured from 73 inches in 2K resolution and up to 292 inches in 8K resolution. This is practically the same Wall model, which was previously presented at the CES exhibition but upgraded to 219 inches. The first generation of The Wall was 80 mm thick, and The Wall Luxury is reduced to 30 mm.
Thanks to the frameless design, the device will perfectly fit into any interior. The owner can choose the elements for the frame. When the display is not used, Ambient mode will show pictures, photos or videos.
According to Samsung, to ensure maximum brightness and refresh rate, the screen is equipped with AI and Quantum HDR technology. In addition to visual design, Samsung collaborates with home entertainment and automation suppliers: Harman Luxury Audio, Steinway Lyngdorf, Control4, Crestron.
After the presentation of the 82-inch QLED 8K Signage at ISE 2019 exhibition in Amsterdam, Samsung introduced a 98-inch model. Both models will be available from the third quarter of 2019.
