OpenSea improves the security of its platform

The OpenSea platform has a new feature to protect investors in NFTs.

Thanks to the innovation, suspicious NFT transfers will be hidden from users in the “Hidden” folder. They will not be able to follow the link to the phishing site and will not lose their digital property.

According to CEO Derin Finzer, OpenSea employees are actively working to prevent theft, implement moderation, scale up checks on controversial cases, and reduce the time for recalling customer support in response to a request.

A special group of specialists was created to check and moderate the data, and later this process is planned to be automated.

Recall that OpenSea (one of the largest marketplaces for the sale of non-fungible tokens) is implementing additional security measures due to a series of recent thefts of tokens from platform users.
