Stellar Abandons 2 Billion XLM Airdrop
Representatives of the non-profit organization Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) announced the cancellation of the upcoming XLM tokens airdrop, which was supposed for users of the Keybase messenger.
The main reason for the refusal was the massive registration of fake accounts.
“It's not in the Stellar network's interest to reward those people; it is also not in Keybase's interest to have them as Keybase users.” – said in the statement.
Today, December 15, the company will distribute the last 100 million tokens, after which the total number of coins within the framework of this campaign will approach 300 million.
