Founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, said “however long it takes”  - he will win regulators and launch Libra. Zuckerberg said this during a speech at a quarterly shareholder meeting. He tried to convince investors of the company that Facebook will act responsibly and progressively in the development of the ambitious Libra project. Initially, the company stated its intention to launch this cryptocurrency in the first half of 2020, but the sharp reaction of regulators and politicians around the world has put this schedule into question.
