
Bitcoin and Altcoin Rates are Falling, XRP is Growing
Recently, the cryptocurrency market has shown a negative trend: Bitcoin (BTC) is trading below $8,000 and altcoins significantly lose in value.
After falling below the price mark of $8,000, BTC continued to decline and is now trading at $7,824.37, down 3.22% per day, then it`s rate briefly rose to $8050 and dropped again.

The largest altcoin by market capitalization Etherium (ETH) is experiencing similar losses, down 3.13% per day, trading at $169.83.

Meanwhile, the XRP - Ripple token in the payment network remains relatively stable. A payment-oriented cryptocurrency rose by almost 6% per day, trading at $0.254.

The capitalization of the entire cryptocurrency market currently amounts to around 210 billion US dollars, which is slightly lower than the level that began at the beginning of the seven-day period.
