Institutional Buy-ins to Make BTC $500,000
Against the background of the rise in the value of Bitcoin, more and more corporate investors are interested in investing funds
Research by ARK Invest analysts shows that even small corporate buy-ins can give the first cryptocurrency a great boost. Bitcoin's price could rise to $535,000 if corporate clients convert just ten percent of their reserves to BTC.
In their study of the impact of institutional investors on the cryptocurrency market, company employees noted that even one percent of funds transferred into Bitcoins by companies from the S&P 500 index will lead to an increase in spot prices for Bitcoin by $40,000.
Judging by the current situation on the market, the rise in the BTC price was caused by the hype. Today, Bitcoin has gained more confidence, and many institutions are seriously considering it as a reserve asset.
Given the strong demand from institutional investors, the number of Bitcoins that will replace the traditional reserve currency for many companies will exceed one percent.
On average, based on the results of the last 10 years, the number of assets transferred to BTC will be 2.55-6.55%. This will lead to an increase in the price of the asset up to 200-500 thousand dollars.
