Binance Will Pay $10 Million to Anyone Who Will Inform It About Hacking Attempts

The Binance Exchange is very concerned about the attention of intruders to them, therefore offers a reward for information about any attempts to hack the exchange.

The award for providing information about the attackers will be $10 million, and the exchange will pay $250,000 for information that will help to find out who is behind the recent attempt to hack and steal $47 million.

Although this attempt was unsuccessful, the stock exchange is very worried. Its representatives say:

“To ensure a safe crypto community, we can’t simply play defense. We need to actively prevent any instances of hacking before they occur, as well as follow through after-the-fact. Even though the hacking attempt against Binance on March 7th was not successful, it was clear it was a large-scale, organized effort. This needs to be addressed”.

Also, according to the representatives of the exchange, all informants have the right to remain anonymous if this is allowed by the jurisdiction. The award of $250 thousand will be paid in Binance Coin (BNB).
