Revolutionizing NFTs: Meet Hollywood-Renown 3D Designer-turned NFT Artist Peter Dennelis / Majestic Bears NFT

As we approach the launch of Majestic Bears, we’ll be putting everyone on our team of designers in the spotlight, and sharing their story with you. All of them possess a high level of expertise in their chosen style. Plus, they’ve been exclusively hand-picked directly from a select number of household names in the production industry, such as Universal, Warner Bros, and Disney - just to name a few.

For starters, we have Peter Dennelis - a 3D designer who has roots in both Morocco and the Netherlands. Since graduating from the Massachusetts School of Art, he’s honed his craft in 3D design for 11 years.

Being an artist requires one to fully embrace their creative talents, and Peter Dennelis is no exception. Over the years, he’s worked alongside some of the most brilliant and talented production experts, such as Andy Nicholson, Kate Hawley, and Adam Stockhausen. Peter has sharpened his artistic skillset to become a true master at his craft. If you’ve ever watched Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018), or Suicide Squad (2016), then you’ve undoubtedly witnessed the extraordinary quality of animation and design that Peter brings to the table, while under the direction of some of the biggest names in the world of design.

We’d approached Peter to pitch the idea of collaborating together on Majestic Bears. After sitting down with the 3D designer now-turned NFT artist, and getting an inside look at his extensive creative background, we were absolutely certain he checked off all the boxes for the right artist to help bring the Majestic Bears NFT project to life.

While they each vary widely in style, fashion and background, every Majestic Bear is a massive icon of success. They’re brimming full of energy, ready to charge upward and take over the world and the Metaverse at a moment's notice.

Supported by our team of investors, entrepreneurs, Blockchain experts, and marketing wizards, there’s no obstacle that can possibly stop The Majestic Bears.

Peter Dennelis carved some time out of his busy schedule for us to interview him about the Majestic Bears NFT project, and what excited him the most about it. We also talked about what the transition into the world of NFTs has been like for him.

Q: Majestic Bears has a lot of unique elements that haven’t been seen in other NFTs. Which one of these excites you the most?

Peter Dennelis: If I had to narrow it down to one thing that really speaks to me about the Majestic Bears, it’d have to be that these creations are going to come to life in a way that’s completely different from the other pieces I’ve done. It’s not every day you get to create one-of-a-kind digital artwork that can’t be replicated.

Q: Would you say you knew a lot about NFTs before getting on board with Majestic Bears?

Peter Dennelis: No, not really. I had been hearing about NFTs from all sorts of places, and especially on social media. Thing is, I still didn’t know exactly what an NFT was. I kind of understand it now, but it’s still shocking to me that loads of famous people are jumping into this space and buying collections like the Bored Apes.

It was only a few months ago when I really started to get the inside scoop on NFTs. I headed to Miami Beach to attend the Art Basel - an annual contemporary art exhibition. I met Julien there, who’s the co-founder of Majestic Bears. He’s been in the NFT space since its inception, and he’s been traveling around to different countries giving talks about it. There was just something about his personality that resonated with me. It just so happened that he was looking for an artist to put his collection together. He pitched me the idea, we talked it over, and now here I am.

Q: Considering all the hype around NFTs, do you think it’s a space worth investing time and energy into, as well as making more projects for?

Peter Dennelis: You bet - I’m hooked! We haven’t even completed Majestic Bears, but I’ve already got some ideas for more NFT projects swirling around in my mind. What a lot of people are overlooking, is that the NFT space is providing an incredible opportunity for artists to get paid for their work, while also providing extra incentives for people to buy, such as membership in exclusive clubs. I can only imagine what other ideas are going to come about in the future.
